Dr Nagraj was very approachable and professional. He was so gentle when he inserted the needle into my knee I didn't feel it at all. Also the nurse who assisted him was kind and caring.

Dr Nagraj carried out an ultrasound on my shoulder and I was very impressed by his approach. He was very attentive and heard what I had to say and then he explained in what he was going to do. He then described the options available to me and advised on the best route as per his prognosis. I am grateful to him for the care he provided.

From entering the reception I felt well looked after.and was treated well by all the staff and also Dr Harish Nagraj.who told me what the problem was and possible treatments for it .
